ECP of the Year
The Transitions Healthy Sight Awards program recognizes excellence among independent eyecare professionals, rewarding those who show an outstanding commitment to eye care and eye health education. Through the program, one eyecare professional is named “ECP of the Year” annually at an awards ceremony during Transitions Academy.
To be eligible for the program, eyecare professionals must have an independent practice with no more than 10 locations and be nominated by a lab, manufacturer representative or Transitions Optical representative. Nominees are evaluated on their sales and growth (including Transitions lenses), marketing efforts and promotions, community involvement and employee education and training. Three finalists, one from each of the East, Ontario and West regions of Canada, are invited to attend the Healthy Sight Awards ceremony.
